    Service is awful. Me and my co-workers went for lunch we waited over an hour and never received our food the manager didn't even come out to explain why we had to wait over an hour for a sandwich and some pasta. Worst service ever. Will not be returning to the odessa location again. Just horrible

    You can tell the food is frozen after being prepared. Good customer service is hard to come by in this town, but especially here. Drinks; tea and soft drinks are sub par. Environment is pleasant though and the wait fo get in is generally moderate with an average of 10-15 minutes.

    Chili's is some pretty delicious food, but it can get noisy as all get out sometimes! If you come here, do it during odd hours, like three pm on a Tuesday or smthg.
